- InSightEd gathers information on a client school or entity using an anonymous survey of the team. We supplement this information with short interviews to provide reference points and specific examples.
- InSightEd has created a proprietary algorithm to parse the data gathered in the previous step and determine correlations. Information from the algorithm is examined by the InSightEd team, as well as by AI for additional perspective.
- The client school or entity receives a list of targeted recommendations based on the data analysis. This is an opportunity to determine the path forward.
- The client school may elect to receive consultative training, workshops, and professional development from InSightEd, based on the recommendations offered in the previous step.
- Results from the training and support are measured. Surveys are re-taken, interviews are conducted. We look for a rise in common language, an increased awareness, and use of the tools taught in the trainings. With this information, we are able to recommend further steps forward.
